Rick and crew just finished pumping our septic and installing risers. I had the estimated depth for the tank incorrect, which he let me know and adjusted the invoice down from original estimate on the risers. On top of that, they came out during the middle of the pandemic and was able to maintain social distancing the entire time, even letting me call in to make the payment over the phone and getting the invoice by email.
Good and honest folks. I will call again in 4 years when our tank needs it’s next service. Thank you!

WOW! I called in because my septic had an alarm going off on it and I spoke with Rick and he immediately walked me thru everything to check, discover what the problem was, shut the alarm off, and since it was a pump issue he even referred me to a couple of options to have it repaired. Great service, especially after the first call that I made was to Reliable Septic, where I was instantly told that they didn’t have time to help me right now, before I even got a chance to explain what my problem was.
I called on a Friday later in the afternoon. Ryan was here right away and took care of us
Brandon and his team are best in class. We had a commercial property with a unique system that needed to be inspected. Brandon was able to dispatch one of his team members very quickly. Ryan from Blue Ribbon Septic just finished clearing our Septic tank and solving a major plumbing issue we had that 3 different plumbers could not solve!! He snaked our line in a unique way that cleared it…and this company was not even called out to fix this issue but had the equipment and knowledge to do it and handled it like an Ace!
We are working well now and are super happy with this company and especially Ryan’s care and hard work.

Great and quick service. They were able to find the lids and so all the repairs with ease. They were friendly and have great customer service. I highly recommend them. They can find anything.
This family owned business is highly recommended. I called for a non-urgent issue and was able to book an appointment within a matter of days. As a fairly new owner of this property, I really had no idea where the tank was located, what type or how large. Blue Ribbon timely arrived, located the tank and resolved the issue. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. Great job!
